As a member of Jellyfish Research, you will work to build innovative new products and features that leverage our platform’s unique data about how engineers plan, develop, collaborate on, and deploy software. As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer for Jellyfish Research, you will:

• Lead the design and development of our technologies for building, testing, validating, and deploying advanced statistical and machine learning algorithms.
• Work with Jellyfish data scientists and engineers as they transition ideas and code from experiments to proofs-of-concept to features in our platform and product.

About you:

• You are a strong programmer with experience and expertise in computer science and machine learning.
• You have experience with and are interested in building, testing, validating, and deploying advanced algorithms and technology for production applications.
• You are comfortable working as both an individual contributor and as a technical leader.
• You have experience with common Python libraries for data science and machine learning.
• You have experience with many of the technologies that we use in our software stack, such as Python 3, Django, Postgres, Dask, Terraform, Docker, and AWS (or with technologies similar to these).
• You love learning new things and teaching others what you know.
• You have strong communication skills and enjoy working as part of a cross-functional team.
