We are hiring a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst for our New Verticals team in Boston, MA. In this senior position, you will help us build scalable, robust product analytics solutions for an unannounced product at Chewy. You will demonstrate a passion for delivering outstanding customer experience, experience building scalable solutions and will bring communication skills that allow you collaborate to instill trust in the teams that you are working with. The ideal candidate is also a self-starter, who is comfortable diving into large data sets, has a sharp eye for details, and has the ability to work in an ever-changing environment with little to no direction.

What You'll Do:

• You will design, develop, deliver and support of variety of product analytics solutions
• You will work with the product analytics team and other partner teams to identify, understand & build analytics solutions that are intuitive
• Design and build custom reporting and dashboards to support this new business
• Deep dive into large data sets to answer key business questions using SQL, Excel, and other data manipulation languages
• Report key insight trends, using statistical rigor to simplify and inform the larger team of noteworthy story lines

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Operations Research or related field
• 6+ years professional experience in financial/business analysis
• Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights
• Experience applying CS fundamentals in database design, data structures, algorithms and problem solving
• Experience with A/B Testing & Optimization techniques
• Delivery experience working under an Agile/Scrum methodology
• Experience with Tableau 
• Experience with AWS QuickSight and tools 
• Position may require travel

Bonus:

• Master's Degree in Computer Science or Statistics
• Experience with Power BI or other data visualizations software
• Experience with data querying languages
• Experience within the pet industry
