Thought Industries’ Field Operations team is looking for a Business Operations Analyst to help scale our rapidly growing go-to-market team by providing critical analytical, reporting, and process improvement support. As a member of the Field Operations team, you will report to the Director of Field Operations and work cross-functionally with members of our sales, marketing, customer success, professional services, and finance teams. You will be responsible for providing the members of our GTM leadership team with the operational visibility, analysis, and insights they need to intelligently scale their organizations. Additionally, you will diagnose opportunities for process improvement, process design, and change management within our go-to-market operations.
What You’ll Do:
- Become an expert on the data generated by our GTM organization
- Provide analytical support for critical GTM activities including sales forecasting, goal setting, quota/comp analysis, territory planning, and monthly/quarterly/annual executive and board-level reporting
- Own the creation, verification, and delivery of KPIs used by sales, marketing, customer success, and finance leadership to track and manage their organizations
- Lead cross-functional process improvement projects
- Design and implement a Data Governance program to ensure data integrity on an ongoing basis
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards in Salesforce and other BI tools
- Identify opportunities to improve our data collection and analysis capabilities and lead initiatives to execute them
What We’re Looking For:

- Ability to adapt quickly to the evolving needs of a high-growth SaaS business
- The ideal candidate for this role might be any one of the following:
- SalesOps/BizOps/FinOps analysts with 1-3 years experience
- Management Consultants or Investment Bankers with SaaS experience
- Analytically-minded individuals who have come through the ranks of a SaaS sales organization
Key Skills:
- Strong Excel, Powerpoint, Google Sheets, and Google Slides skills
- Technical savvy
- Proficiency in Salesforce
- Gainsight, Hubspot, and/or Outreach a plus
