Job Description

We are looking for a high performer to join our Revenue Operations Team (Corporate Finance) in support of our growing business and advance the operational metrics at Dynatrace.

The Revenue Operations Analyst role will play a major role in the development, launch, and maintenance of various Finance initiatives involving Business Intelligence. Working collaboratively to create/maintain/analyze dashboards providing visibility to key metrics for deal desk, order management, and provisioning.
Responsibilities:

  • Support the Rev Ops Lead, Bus Analytics with reporting / analytics for several facets of the operation
  • Maintain and improve the Revenue Operations team's metrics and dashboards
  • Leverage extraordinary business analysis skills to interpret, synthesize and enhance requirements
  • Work cross functionally to provide BI solutions with proper documentation
  • Utilize strong business relation and communication skills to effectively reach conclusions across teams and stakeholders
  • Design performant Excel models when dash-boarding is unavailable; comfortable with generating bespoke analytics
  • Provide trending analyses and forecasts, and recommend actions for optimization
  • Increase team productivity by developing automated and scalable insightful reporting/analysis tools


Qualifications

  • 3-5 year working experience in financial/accounting/business/data reporting/analytics with good exposure to business intelligence tools, for SaaS or Subscription Managed Services in fast growing business preferred, in revenue operation and/or consulting function preferred, with best documentation practices
  • Substantial experience in requirements gathering and analysis for Business Intelligence deliverables and services
  • Comfortable dealing with large amounts of data from various systems/sources including architecting data feeds, data validation schemas, and process controls
  • Expert level in Excel, experience with data handling tools, such as SQL and Sigma, and visualizations tools, such as Power BI. Experience with Salesforce, OneStream and NetSuite preferred
  • Creative problem solving and solution-oriented approaches when working with incomplete or ambiguous data
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong operational vernacular
  • Strong ability to quickly grasp business team goals/KPIs and work at all levels of the organization gathering requirements and communicating outputs, collaborative communication


Education:

  • Required: BA/BS in Finance, Engineering, Mathematics Economics
  • Preferred: MS/MBA Business Analytics, Finance, Data Analytics/Data Science
