What You’ll Do
As a Quantitative Analyst, you have a passion for data. You will analyze and evaluate medium and large sets of data to create the foundations for sound decision making. You will manage the data cleaning pipeline, apply analytic methodologies, and communicate these results back to the team. Your end products will be data-driven insights and operational excellence.

You will proactively think about improving how things are done. You will be an independent contributor and work somewhat autonomously, and you should expect that you will often work under tight deadlines and changing priorities.

We are recruiting mid-senior roles, and responsibilities will be calibrated accordingly.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of SQL and analytics experience
  • Strong data management skills
  • Experience with large datasets, especially in the digital marketing and consumer data space
  • Ability to turn analysis into an actionable recommendation for managers and executives

Useful skillsets for this position are:

  • Python / R
  • SQL, especially Postgres and AWS Redshift
  • MapReduce, Hadoop, Spark, other large dataset tools
  • Logistical regression analysis
  • Optimization / Machine learning
  • ETL / data processing / data cleaning
