Responsibilities:
- Lead the enterprise wide eDiscovery and Forensics team improving the platform and delivery capability redesigning workflow to optimize results
- Lead the BISO Management function and the BISO leader
- Lead the enterprise wide software security program for 8 different development teams across the enterprise and ensure each development area improves software quality measured through software defect density and the overall program achieves a top 10% ranking in the independent BSIMM maturity assessment process
- Rewrite security policies to support the instrumentation of software security imbedded in a software continuous integration and development pipeline (devsecops)
- Implement a KPI dashboard for software quality performance goals for the ETX Senior Leadership Team
- Manage key stakeholder relationship management for the Data Science & Architecture leadership (DS&A) team
- Act as a member of the DS&A leadership team in driving an increase in cyber resilience across the DS&A organization
- Prepare a monthly stakeholder report for DS&A that identifies top risks, programs to manage those risks and selected KPIs to identify the level of success for each related program
- Ensure that the top cyber risks are reviewed and critical issues are served up for decisions during monthly stakeholder meetings
- Proactively identify opportunities for stakeholder escalation to ensure top issues/decisions are addressed with enterprise leaders
Skills, Knowledge & Experience:
- Expertise as a Chief Information Security Officer for an enterprise
- Outstanding communication skills including the use of concise language with business leaders in both oral and written form
- Experience working with senior level management and board members to achieve results and manage crisis situations/incidents
- A combination of a bachelor’s degree and/or 20+ years of experience in information security preferred
- Previous board level experience is an advantage
- Outstanding verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Creative, organized, positive, optimistic, and energetic
- Affiliation with and active participation in an industry cyber security information sharing organization (for example: FS-ISAC, H-ISAC)
