The Role


Veeva’s Legal Team is looking for a dynamic team player who excels in a fast-paced environment. As a Contract Administrator, you will support the growing Legal Team for contracts-related matters, serving as the frontline for responding to third-party agreement-related requests and maintaining the contract database.

 

This position is based out of any location in the US.

What You'll Do

  • Administration of the process for completing third-party data uses agreements (TPAs) (but not the substantive review or negotiation of TPAs). This is an admin role, not a legal role.
  • Manage and address incoming inquiries from Veeva sales and Veeva customers about the status of TPAs
  • Manage Veeva’s contract management system for TPAs (currently managed in salesforce.com)
  • Recommend improvements and innovations to the TPA process
  • Audit existing contracts and develop reports on specific legal terms and conditions
  • Provide superior customer service to internal and external customers regarding TPAs
  • Support the Legal Team as requested
  • Other special projects, as directed by attorneys
  • Other responsibilities as required

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant contract management/administration experience
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Team player with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a friendly, outgoing, and flexible manner
  • High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet critical deadlines
  • Comfortable reviewing simple legal documents to identify issues specified by the legal team
  • Excellent knowledge of Gmail, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office Suite, and comfortable learning any new program or software

  • Salesforce.com experience
  • Adobe Sign experience
