CrunchTime! is looking for a passionate Business Analyst with a focus on POS integration to join our Product Strategy team. The ideal candidate has experience working with point-of-sale systems, is skilled in evaluating problems, is team-oriented, and works well in an Agile development environment.

This position offers 100% Remote Flexibility. 

* U.S. work authorization is required.

Your Responsibilities

  • Performing detailed business and technical analysis of integration requirements.
  • Writing business and functional specifications.
  • Working with a cross-functional team to scope, estimate, develop, and test new functionality in an Agile framework.
  • Presenting proposed and in-progress functionality to stakeholders, facilitating discussion and feedback.
  • Providing plans and estimates of effort and duration of projects and tasks to project management, and tracking tasks, progress, and milestones.
  • Assisting support in troubleshooting and correcting defects as they are identified (while working with your team to prevent them in the first place).
  • Developing a comprehensive understanding of the entire CrunchTime Application Suite

Skills and Requirements

  • Proven experience working with point of sales systems.
  • Solid understanding of web requests, including get/post, Rest, soap, JSON.
  • Solid understanding of relational database concepts and experience with SQL.
  • Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented mindset, self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Proven ability to assess complex business requirements and to lead requirements and design definition sessions to facilitate the development of effective business solutions.
  • Ability to write comprehensive, clear, and concise business requirements documents and functional specifications for product development, for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • BA or BS degree, ideally in either a technical field or Business Administration.
  • 3-5 years’ experience working in a Business/Systems Analyst role.
