Perficient, a leading Technology and Management consulting firm serving Global 2000 and other large enterprise customers is looking for an experienced Data Analyst to perform data profiling, discovery analysis, and logical mapping of member and billing data from a variety of source systems into a Healthcare Data Warehouse. Perficient is currently seeking  a lead Business Analyst to develop business and data requirements. 

It requires experience working with clinical provider data which originates in an Electronic Medical/Health Records system, with a strong preference for Epic Clarity experience.  Clinical provider and EMR / EHR experience is critical requirement for this role.

• Work with Healthcare business, systems and data
• Heavy interaction and facilitation of workshops/meetings with key business/clinical stakeholders
• Ability to drive consensus within a group
• Gather requirements, detailed specifications and functionality 
• Validate data and business intent of requirements
• Basic SQL queries

• HC domain expertise – must have solid understanding of the Healthcare Industry (business, systems and data)
• Strong presentation skills – requires heavy interaction and facilitation of workshops/meetings with key business/clinical stakeholders
• Must have strong interpersonal skills with ability to drive consensus
• Exceptional requirements gathering skills with the ability to break high-level requirements down into detail spec/functionality that will need to get mapped to a detailed data level (entity and attributes)
• Work with technical and QA teams to validate data and business intent of requirements
• Basic SQL query language skills strongly desired
• Experience working with Oncology data a plus
