The Role

The Commercial Analytics team is focused on supporting our customers through the design and delivery of solutions for the core business issues faced by today’s field organizations. The role of the Commercial Strategy Business Analyst is to collaborate with Commercial Strategy project teams to deliver data/analytics-driven solutions to the pharmaceutical industry. A majority of your time will be spent supporting client engagement teams and working with a wide variety of clients to deliver data/analytics-driven business consulting engagements regarding HCP segmentation, Targeting, Field KPI’s, industry benchmarking and Incentive Compensation. This includes participating in customer workshops, running analyses, and helping present solutions.

This is a home-based, full-time permanent role with the requirement that candidates live on the East Coast in order to meet requirements to be at customer(s) site(s) as required.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with Senior Commercial Analytics Consultants supporting key deliverables and timelines
• Learn to leverage data and analytics to support the delivery of business solutions
• Develop consulting skills to deliver solutions to clients
• Demonstrate the ability to assimilate to new knowledge

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is required
• Understanding of how to use data and analytics and how they drive business outcomes
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to travel roughly 40% but this can vary depending on engagement (Currently no travel due to COVID-19)

Nice to Have

• MBA or postgraduate degree
• Experience in Tableau or data visualization
