Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and maintenance of the Operations Scorecard, ensuring accurate and timely data feeds and analysis across workstreams.
  • Design and implement interactive dashboards and advanced visualizations to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with teams to automate data capture and integrate manual processes into streamlined workflows.
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize APIs to enhance data transfer and system interoperability.
  • Ensure data quality, accuracy, and integrity through robust validation and monitoring practices.
  • Manage data sources across categories such as People, Quality, Safety, Service Delivery, and Cost, ensuring relevance and alignment with business objectives.
  • Communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders to drive actionable outcomes.
Qualifications Requirements/Knowledge/Education/Skills:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) as a Data Analyst, Data Engineer, or in a similar role involving analytics and reporting.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI, or similar data analysis and visualization tools.
  • Hands-on experience with API development and data automation processes.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage and analyze large datasets while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred:

  • Experience with environmental health, safety (EHS), and sustainability metrics.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific data sources and KPIs.
  • Experience in automating manual data capture processes and integrating diverse data systems.
