Data Integrity Specialist
Tibersoft provides real-time analytics and data pipelines serving the foodservice industry. Our exclusive focus on collecting, mastering, and delivering supply chain data for foodservice Manufacturers and Operators gives clients end-to-end visibility through information and analytic services.
We are seeking a Data Integrity Specialist to join our Data Operations team. This role blends hands‑on data cleansing and standardization with meaningful process improvement work, offering an opportunity for someone with solid experience to take on greater ownership. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, systems-minded, and motivated to strengthen the quality, consistency, and reliability of key datasets that power Tibersoft’s solutions. Experience working with foodservice or supply‑chain data is strongly preferred.
This position is well‑suited for someone who has developed foundational expertise and is ready to broaden their impact by improving workflows, reinforcing data standards, and contributing to scalable systems as our processes evolve.
Key Responsibilities
Data Mastering & Integrity
- Perform hands‑on data cleansing, linking, validation, and standardization across core datasets.
- Serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for data integrity questions or escalations.
Data Quality Monitoring & Improvement
- Track and report on data quality metrics to monitor ongoing data health.
- Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements or automation opportunities.
Workflow & Process Enhancements
- Organize and streamline team workflows, bringing consistency and efficiency to how work is assigned, tracked, and completed.
- Contribute to developing and maintaining documentation, data standards, and operational guidelines.
- Test and provide structured feedback on new tools, enhancements, or AI‑assisted features used by the team.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in data operations, data quality, data cleansing, data mastering, or a similar hands‑on data role, ideally in foodservice, CPG, distribution, or supply‑chain data environments.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to organize work, balance daily tasks and long-term projects in a busy operational environment.
- Experience contributing to process optimization, workflow redesign, or continuous improvement initiatives.
- Proactive mindset with an interest in expanding skills and taking on increasing responsibility.
Preferred Skills
- Strongly preferred: experience working with foodservice, CPG, distribution, or supply‑chain data.
- Experience coordinating or guiding the work of others (formally or informally) such as mentoring peers, assigning tasks, or leading small initiatives.
- Familiarity with data governance concepts, data standards creation, or structured documentation practices.
- Exposure to AI‑assisted or semi‑automated data processing tools.
