As a Senior Associate, within the Data and Analytics Strategy team, you will be responsible for creating and refining reports and presentations that communicate key data updates and progress on strategic objectives to C-level executives and work closely with teams across the organization to gather, validate, and synthesize information.

The CCB Data & Analytics team responsibly leverages data across Chase to build competitive advantages for the businesses while providing value and protection for customers. The team encompasses a variety of disciplines from data governance and strategy to reporting, data science and machine learning. We have a strong partnership with Technology, which provides cutting edge data and analytics infrastructure. The team powers Chase with insights to create the best customer and business outcomes.

As a Senior Associate, within the Data and Analytics Strategy team, you will be responsible for creating and refining reports and presentations that communicate key data updates and progress on strategic objectives to C-level executives and work closely with teams across the organization to gather, validate, and synthesize information.
Job Responsibilities:
- Create, refine, and deliver high-quality reports and presentations on data-related updates and OKRs for C-level and senior executive audiences
- Synthesize complex data into clear, compelling narratives that drive understanding and action at the highest levels of the organization
- Ensure all materials are accurate, polished, and tailored for executive consumption
- Gather updates and data points from various teams across the firm, ensuring accuracy and consistency and support the development of strategic reports, white papers, and financial models under the guidance of senior colleagues
- Build relationships across Data and Analytics and other business functions to collect information and align on key messages and navigate the organization to obtain timely and accurate updates, incorporating feedback from multiple stakeholders
- Participate in strategic projects and initiatives, learning from senior team members in areas such as data platforms, analytics tools, and business strategy and develop executive presence and communication skills through regular exposure to senior leadership forums
- Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and engineers in a high-performing, innovative team environment
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, scientific, or technical field (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or related discipline); 3+ years of experience in data analytics, business analysis, consulting, or a related field (internships and co-op experience welcome)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all deliverables
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize data and insights into clear, actionable presentations and reports
- Familiarity with data management, analytics, or business intelligence platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Python, Excel)
- Strong in creating polished C-level presentations in Powerpoint
- Strong desire for mentorship and professional development, with a growth mindset and commitment to continuous learning
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Experience working with or supporting senior executives, especially in preparing reports or presentations
- Understanding of key business metrics and how data drives decision-making in a corporate environment
- Experience in financial services, technology, or consulting is a plus
