As a Client Solutions Manager in the Embedded Payment group, you are an integral part of a team that innovates and supports the sales process for the technical adoption of comprehensive product solutions for clients with complex challenges. Leveraging your technical expertise in specific products and industries, you develop viable solutions that add value to clients, track how clients are using our products, and ensure results are realized.
Job responsibilities
  • Engagement with clients to understand problem statement and use cases to design scalable solutions for clients with EF&S (Embedded Finance and Solutions) product portfolio
  • Understand industry specific trends and insights specifically targeting segments in Technology and Ecommerce, Financial Services and Diversified Industries
  • Leads the configuration and modification of the firm's products and solutions, often in partnership with Technology, to fit complex client use cases
  • Supports Sales in solutioning and mandating deal stages for pricing, pipeline planning, and account planning
  • Engages with technical members of client teams to deliver presentations and technical demonstrations on product capabilities and solutions
  • Engage with product, risk, compliance and marketing team to drive buy-in from cross-functional partners and deliver solution to clients
  • Identifies and defines development requirements for product design enhancements based on client feedback
  • Becomes a key member of a JPMorgan Embedded Payments team with deep involvement in defining the customer strategy; Identify and close new complex opportunities and accelerate solution adoption.
  • Serves as a subject matter expert on Embedded Payment solutions, translating client needs and industry trends into technical requirements for SaaS platforms, Marketplaces, and Fintechs.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of U.S. regulatory frameworks that meet the needs of diverse customers

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise working across a related broad set of products
  • Demonstrated experiences in product management, solution design, program management and strategy roles
  • Demonstrated ability to apply a deep technical understanding to solution configurations in a specific domain
  • Experience supporting Sales in pricing, pipeline planning, and account planning
  • Experience working with clients in a technology field and interfacing with engineers
  • Ability to read API documentation and help clients with integration questions
  • Demonstrated ability to apply a deep technical understanding to solution configurations within Embedded Payments
  • Experience working with clients in a technology field and interfacing with engineers
  • Previous experience with technical nuances of ACH, RTP, Wires, Push-to-Debit, and other payment rails
  • Executive engagement skills and presence, with an ability to establish strong relationships with key decision makers and build credibility at all levels.
