- Use models/algorithms to uncover signals/patterns and trends to drive long-term business performance
- Execute the business analytics agenda using a methodical approach that conveys to stakeholders what business analytics will deliver

How you will contribute:
- Be a player & coach to combine people leadership, strategic partnership and data hands-on activities. Run a team of 5-10 off-shore contractors, support the creation of data models and write and run discovery-level SQL queries
- Accountable for building Commercial Data Products, and ensure high data governance standards, including data completeness, harmonization, standardization, data quality, master data, data catalog, accessibility, usability and scalability
- Work with large amounts of data such as facts, figures, and mathematics/formulas and undertake analytical activities, and delivers analysis outputs in accordance with customer needs and conforming to established standards.
- As an investigator on the data & analytics team, you will apply your knowledge of languages and pull data out of SQL databases, using Tableau/Power BI type tools and producing data visualizations and reporting dashboards.
- Define requirements for analysis in a given business area and perform detailed analysis and identify trends defined in the requirements.
- Identify patterns and help the business react to changing business conditions,
- Lead the team to perform root-cause analysis and continuous improvement.

- 7+ years of work experience in Data Analytics required 3+ years of work experience as a Leader in Data Analytics field required
- Leader mindset - Leading technical teams to success through clear decision-making, accountability, and a hands-on approach
- Experience in Data Product Management - contributing to Regional or Global Data Product Vision and Roadmap with the focus on consumers, partnering with Stakeholders, ensuring adoption and cost-efficiency.
- Passion for building high-quality data products, using data to drive business growth and be comfortable working with data in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced setting.
- Experience in Commercial Business domain, ideally in CPG or FMCG industry including industry-specific external data sources as POS Sellout Data, Nielsen Syndicated Data.
- Experience with Master Data challenges between external and internal data sources.
- Power BI, Tableau, and GCP (Google Cloud Platform) experience preferred. Experience with at least one cloud technology.
- Knowledge of KPIs and scorecards required
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to facilitate effective teamwork and stakeholder engagement, explaining complex data concepts to non-technical individuals.
- Fluent in English.
- Experience with data governance, privacy regulations, and best practices is required.
- Experience working with Agile using tools like Jira or ADO is required.
Education / Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems/Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field
- Postgraduate degree in Data & Analytics, or a related field is a plus.
