Your Role

As a Data Analyst, you'll manage the day-to-day operations of the Data team, working closely with the Data Manager, the Development team, and the CEO.

You will:

  • Research, process, and analyze datasets across various organizational projects, including our flagship yearly Startup Ecosystem Ranking report.
  • Build reports for internal and external stakeholders, translating data into actionable insights.
  • Maintain and improve our Python scripts and data infrastructure.
Skills & Requirements

Must have:

  • High proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Python (Pandas).

Good to have:

  • Python (Matplotlib), Linux Shell, ETL processes.

  • Previous involvement with startup ecosystems, for example working within a startup-related organization, is a strong plus.
  • Professional-level fluency in English is essential for this role.
  • We're looking for someone who wants to grow with us long-term and become a key part of the company's continued success.
The Process and Conditions
  • Compensation: Starting monthly salary depends on experience and skills, with growth tied to your contributions to the company's goals.
  • Hiring process: Initial screening questions, a short test task, and several interviews to help you get to know the team.
  • Vacation: 26 paid vacation days per year.

  • Work from anywhere as long as your working hours align with the Central European Time Zone (9 AM - 5 PM CET)
