Position Overview

We are looking for a Data Analyst to enable data-driven decision-making related to voice of the customer and experience design, focused on improving experiences for healthcare providers, payers, and emerging user groups. You will embrace AI-forward techniques and leverage applications like Pendo, Qualtrics, and other data sources to uncover patterns, validate hypotheses, and connect quantitative and qualitative insights. Your work will help teams better understand user behavior and measure experience success. Candidates must be collaborative, self-starters, and strong communicators, with the ability to design VOC data constructs and translate data into clear, impactful insights.

What You'll Do:

  • Coordinate, support and operationalize data collection to enhance AI performance  
  • Build and maintain dashboards (e.g., Pendo, Qualtrics) to track user behavior, experience metrics, and KPIs
  • Aggregate and synthesize quantitative and qualitative data into clear, actionable insights
  • Analyze user behavior and feedback to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for experience improvement
  • Support VOC initiatives by organizing, maintaining, and evolving insights repositories
  • Leverage analytics to inform product decisions and optimize user experience
  • Assist with survey design, data preparation, and analysis for research initiatives
  • Support in communicating insights and recommendations to stakeholders, including product, design, and business leaders
  • Recommend and implement best practices for data instrumentation and tool usage
  • Document insights, dashboards, and methodologies for ongoing team use
  • Manage and prioritize multiple requests and projects
  • Explore and evolve advanced analytics capabilities (ex:, AI-driven insights, cross-platform data integration, API connections) to continuously enhance experience intelligence.
  • Travel approximately 3-4 times per year for key meetings

What You'll Bring to Zelis:

  • Experience in product analytics, UX research, data analysis, or a related field
  • Proficiency with analytics and dashboarding tools (e.g., Pendo, Google Analytics, Amplitude, or similar), including use of AI-enabled features to accelerate insight generation and experimentation
  • Strong ability to analyze data and translate findings into actionable insights
  • Experience working with large datasets, including data cleaning and manipulation
  • Familiarity with UX research methods and experience metrics (e.g., usability, engagement, KPIs)
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and business acumen
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with design, product, and data teams

Location and Workplace Flexibility

Zelis is headquartered in the U.S., with multiple locations across the country and in Hyderabad, India. Check out our locations to learn more about our offices. All employee work locations are based on the needs of the position and are determined by the Leadership team. In-office work and activities vary based on work and team objectives in accordance with Company policies.


While location expectations vary by role, candidates within approximately 50 miles of a U.S. office are generally preferred to support collaboration when needed. Our hybrid approach is flexible, and in-office presence is guided by team and business needs rather than a fixed weekly schedule.

Base Salary Range

$86,000.00 - $109,250.00

At Zelis we are committed to providing fair and equitable compensation packages. The base salary range allows us to make an offer that considers multiple individualized factors, including experience, education, qualifications, as well as job-related and industry-related knowledge and skills, etc. Base pay is just one part of our Total Rewards package, which may also include discretionary bonus plans, commissions, or other incentives depending on the role.
