The Data & Analytics team is building Compass International Holdings' analytical platform – the governed foundation the company runs on. As a Data Analyst, you'll go beyond traditional dashboards and ticket queues – you will work cross-functionally with internal teams and business partners to leverage that foundation, delivering recommendations that drive decision-making.

- Bridge Insights to Strategy: Translate traditional business intelligence and data science assets into concrete recommendations for the business
- Reframe Business Problems: Work within a project team to turn reactive requests into structured analytical questions
- Work with Trusted Data: Use your technical skills to navigate centrally managed datasets – spending your time on analysis, not data wrangling
- Technical Baseline: Functional proficiency in SQL and basic Python (pandas/EDA) to self-serve from centrally managed datasets
- Structured Problem Solving: Ability to break down ambiguous business questions, validate assumptions, and align on scope before diving into analysis.
- Business Curiosity: Energized by partnering with business leads, curious about unit economics and commercial drivers, and passionate about connecting technical analysis directly to financial outcomes.
- Clear Communication: Ability to package complex quantitative data into concise narratives that non-technical partners can act on immediately.

Compensation: The base pay range for this position is $84,000-$94,000 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonuses and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of benefits. Base pay is based on market location. Minimum wage for the position will always be met.
