POSITION SUMMARY

The Cybersecurity & Risk Manager is a shared, hands-on cybersecurity resource supporting Data Guide Cable (DGC), LUTZE, and Amphenol Energy Technologies (AET). The role is responsible for both identifying cybersecurity risks and implementing the technical and process changes required to reduce them across business systems, networks, cloud services, endpoints, identities, and manufacturing technology environments.

Working directly with local IT teams, business leaders, Corporate IT and Cybersecurity, Operations, vendors, and third-party service providers, this individual will conduct assessments, troubleshoot gaps, configure and deploy security controls, coordinate changes, validate remediation, and maintain sustainable cybersecurity practices across all supported locations.

This position is dedicated to cybersecurity. It does not include routine help-desk support or ownership of day-to-day IT operations; however, the role is expected to work directly in the environment and assist with technical implementation when cybersecurity changes are required.

•  Requires approximately 50–60% travel to Charlotte, NC; Houston, TX; Chicago, IL; Gardner, MA; customer locations; and other Amphenol business units.

•  Travel includes on-site assessments, implementations, remediation work, incident response, integrations, audits, and engagement with local leadership and IT teams.
