Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and support agency recruitment, sell promotion gifts and other admin tasks)
  • Monitor & perform premium collection and disbursement task)
  • Monitor & conduct agency support)
  • Monitor and receive calls from clients, handle outbound calls and welcome walk-in clients)
  • Handle outbound calls to clients
  • Monitor and check client’s potential name scan on Bridger, input new policy and process change when client requests as requirements
  • Supervisor collector team management
  • Monitor and conduct training refreshment for new staff and have administration presentations to agency force
  • Other tasks
