RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform as an emerging technology solutions expert within Account Management and Delivery Management for Healthcare Payer clients
  • Maintain current Client Partner relationships, upselling into target clients as well as opening new doors with prospective clients
  • Create business strategies to successfully achieve client business goals
  • Coordinate with other EPAM Account and Delivery Managers and Senior Leadership to co-develop/support account plans and strategies for delivery, growth, and client satisfaction
  • Build and cultivate strong relationships with clients at senior levels as well as external and internal partners to maximize growth within an account/client portfolio
  • Develop effective relationships with key internal executives, BU heads, Solution SME's, and Sales and Delivery Leaders


REQUIREMENTS

  • Highly skilled in developing and growing Healthcare Payer client relationships within Technology Solutions
  • Comfortable working with teams delivering end-to-end solutions within a technology & consulting organization
  • Experience working with large complex Healthcare Services industry executives to identify opportunities and resolve issues
  • Proven history managing and monitoring performance metrics across large scale accounts and account portfolios
  • Strong understanding of various trends within the Healthcare market-emerging technology, business models and operations
  • Hands on experience with managing client engagements under high stress to successful completion
