The Opportunity

PreVeil is hiring a Customer Success Manager to work with new and existing enterprise customers and make sure they are successful and satisfied with the PreVeil platform.

You will own the customer relationship after the sale, from the first welcome through renewal. You will build relationships, drive product adoption, reduce churn, and grow accounts through renewals and expansion. This is a quota-carrying role.

It is also a cross-functional role. As the voice of the customer, you will partner closely with our Product, Compliance, and Customer Support teams to make PreVeil better for the customers we serve.

What You'll Own

Customer Onboarding and Relationships: Welcome new customers and build relationships that encourage product usage. Manage all post-sales activity for your customers through strong relationship-building, product knowledge, planning, and execution.

Adoption and Success Planning: Develop joint success plans with customers so there is a clear plan in place to drive adoption and maintain satisfaction. Maintain a deep understanding of the product and speak with customers about the features and functionality most relevant to their business needs.

Customer Engagement: Increase customer activity by conducting regular check-in calls and strategic business reviews.

Retention and Churn Risk: Track accounts to identify churn risk and work actively to eliminate that risk.

Renewals and Expansion: Process monthly renewal and expansion orders to achieve your sales quota.

Customer Advocacy: Collaborate with our Product, Compliance, and Customer Support teams to identify areas of improvement, assist with troubleshooting, and report bugs. Act as the customer advocate and provide internal feedback on how PreVeil can better serve our enterprise customers.
