Customer Success Manager – Staffing & RPO SegmentAbout Symbal

Symbal is transforming the $300B staffing and recruiting industry. Our AI Recruiters automate sourcing, screening, and scheduling for leading employers — from health systems and Fortune 500 companies to RPOs and staffing agencies. We’re growing rapidly with enterprise clients like Penn Medicine, Memorial Sloan Kettering, Bain, and the State of New York.

We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager (CSM) who understands the unique needs of staffing and RPO partners and can help them drive measurable ROI, adoption, and expansion with our AI Recruiter platform.

What You’ll Do
  • Own the post-sales relationship for a portfolio of staffing & RPO clients — from onboarding to ongoing account management.

  • Lead implementations and onboarding, including data migration, workflow design, and integration with ATS/HRIS systems.

  • Develop success plans that align Symbal’s AI Recruiters to each client’s hiring goals (time-to-fill, cost savings, compliance, candidate experience).

  • Train and enable client teams, from recruiters to account managers, on how to maximize usage and performance of Symbal’s AI Recruiters.

  • Analyze and present ROI metrics — candidate engagement, cost savings, fill rates — to demonstrate value and secure renewals or expansions.

  • Be the voice of the customer internally, shaping product roadmap, reporting bugs, and surfacing feature requests to the engineering team.

  • Drive adoption and upsell new modules (AI Sourcing, AI Reference Check, AI Coach, etc.) based on client needs.

  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Support to ensure a seamless client experience.

What You’ll Bring
  • 3–6 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Implementation roles in B2B SaaS, HR Tech, ATS, or staffing/RPO contexts.

  • Deep understanding of staffing agency or RPO workflows (high-volume recruiting, VMS/MSP, compliance requirements, candidate engagement metrics).

  • Strong project management and communication skills; able to coordinate multiple stakeholders across HR, IT, and Operations.

  • Data-driven mindset — comfortable with dashboards, KPIs, and presenting performance results to senior leadership.

  • Passion for AI and HR technology and an eagerness to drive adoption of transformative tools.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment where priorities evolve quickly.

Why Symbal
  • Work with a world-class team of AI engineers and recruiting experts.

  • Top-of-market compensation & equity for top-of-market candidates.

  • 100% covered health, dental, and vision insurance.

  • 401(k) plan options.

  • A chance to shape the future of AI in staffing and recruiting at scale.
