Your Impact
As a Customer Success Manager (CSM) at Axon, you will be the primary post-sales contact for our small-market customers, ensuring they maximize the value of their investment. The ideal candidate is a tech-savvy, customer-focused professional who can partner with clients to enhance their workflows using Axon’s products.
Location: Candidate to be located in Scottsdale, AZ, Boston, MA, or Seattle, WA
Reports to: Manager, Customer Success

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a diverse portfolio of customers, providing day-to-day support and strategic guidance.
  • Lead training webinars and customer calls, ensuring clients are well-equipped to leverage Axon’s solutions.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Axon’s product ecosystem and guide customers through seamless implementation.
  • Share industry best practices to proactively address customer needs and drive product adoption.
  • Collaborate with Axon’s Support team and other cross-functional teams to manage and resolve customer escalations.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3+ years in a customer-facing role, preferably in SaaS, technology, or a related field.
  • Salesforce Case experience
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Self-motivated, team-oriented, and customer-obsessed, with a drive to exceed expectations.
  • Exceptional communication skills—both verbal and written—along with strong organizational and presentation abilities.
  • Proven capacity to efficiently manage heavy caseloads in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: level, function, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, geographic market, and often a combination of all these factors. Base Pay Range
$68,569$109,710 USD
