The role drafts and negotiates transaction documents, manages outside counsel, supports regulatory filings, and collaborates with the CLO, board, executives, and corporate development team. The position requires a U.S. J.D., state bar admission, and 5–7 years at a top-tier law firm.

Owns international accounting close and reporting across 20+ entities, including IFRS and US GAAP technical accounting, statutory filings, audits, entity setups, controls, and process automation. The role manages outsourced preparers, partners with global finance and audit teams, resolves complex accounting matters, improves systems and processes, and influences stakeholders across jurisdictions without direct reports.

Own Axon’s global paid media strategy across search, social, programmatic, display, retargeting, YouTube, industry publications, and ABM platforms. Manage campaign planning, execution, optimization, spend pacing, keyword strategy, copywriting, attribution, ROI reporting, and A/B testing. Partner with marketing, creative, web, analytics, and localization teams to improve conversion performance and expand campaigns internationally while meeting compliance and privacy requirements.

Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offers across business functions. Use Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and other tools to source candidates, analyze recruiting data, improve processes, and deliver a strong candidate experience. Lead diversity sourcing and inclusive hiring initiatives while managing multiple requisitions and building relationships across the organization.

Own international VR product operations and launch execution across EMEA, LATAM, and APAC. Build scalable playbooks, SOPs, launch checklists, trial programs, localized content processes, quotes, price books, and operational readiness. Coordinate Sales, Supply Chain, Legal, Compliance, Training, Professional Services, Marketing, and regional partners while managing dependencies, risks, inventory, logistics, and country certifications. Support international tenders and partner enablement, using operational data to improve repeatability. Travel approximately one to two weeks per quarter.

The role requires enterprise SaaS sales expertise, executive presence, public safety knowledge, and willingness to travel extensively.

Leads Axon's product enablement function and a team of approximately eight across documentation, help content, release communications, localization, and AI-enabled content operations. Owns strategy, roadmap, governance, quality standards, stakeholder alignment, and delivery across product lines.
