The Senior Site Reliability Engineer ensures the reliability and performance of cloud-native Kubernetes platforms by building tools, facilitating self-service for engineers, and promoting best practices.

Build and maintain the Zero Touch Platform: develop Temporal workflows and Go services to automate cloud operations, own production systems (SLOs, on-call, incidents), debug cloud-native distributed systems, create CI/CD and IaC automation, and produce documentation to enable self-service across engineering teams.

Build and operate cloud-native Kubernetes platforms and tooling to ensure reliability, performance, and security. Write maintainable code, use CI/CD and IaC, employ observability for debugging, document systems, influence engineering practices, and improve platform reliability and cost efficiency.

Conduct IT general and application controls audits under SOX, perform operational and security reviews, lead process walkthroughs, analyze data, document workpapers, investigate deficiencies, and recommend remediation. The role partners with management and external auditors while improving audit processes through automation, analytics, and AI. It requires 3–5 years of audit experience, relevant professional certification, and experience auditing IT controls and key reports.

Design, build, and operate Axon’s internal AI platform, including LLM-powered chat, agents, APIs, enterprise connectors, and MCP integrations. Develop production deployment patterns, monitoring, auditing, security controls, and responsible AI guardrails. Evaluate cloud AI services, improve reliability and cost, and create architectures, starter kits, documentation, and training. Collaborate with data engineering, architecture, security, governance, and business teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.

Own operational readiness and productionization for internal AI-enabled tools: build and maintain CI/CD and IaC, support Vercel and multicloud deployments, improve monitoring, secrets and access controls, runbooks, and lifecycle standards. Partner with Corporate AI, IT, Security, and business teams to move prototypes to production and ensure reliability, security, and maintainability.

Provide legal counsel to global sales teams on complex commercial transactions involving SaaS, hardware, and services. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts; assess and manage risk; supervise Contracts Managers; maintain playbooks and templates; support contract lifecycle management processes; advise on regulatory matters; and mentor legal team members.

Build Demandbase account-based programs, HubSpot workflows, Salesforce integrations, nurture sequences, and attribution dashboards. Manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and programmatic channels, including budgets, bidding, and creative testing. Partner closely with Sales and SDR teams to prioritize accounts, improve lead handoff, and convert marketing activity into qualified enterprise pipeline.

Designs and implements scalable finance solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. Leads fit-gap analysis, financial process optimization, integrations, reporting, project delivery, stakeholder engagement, training, and M&A finance activities. Partners with Finance, IT, data, and architecture teams to introduce automation, AI, Copilot, predictive analytics, and strong governance. Advises senior leadership, mentors analysts, and ensures financial systems support accurate reporting, compliance, and organizational growth.

Administer and optimize Salesforce Sales Cloud and Revenue Cloud across opportunity-to-cash processes. Responsibilities include user provisioning, access management, data loading and cleanup, environment deployments, Revenue Cloud configuration, troubleshooting quoting and QCP issues, workflow alignment with billing and ERP systems, documentation, training, and cross-functional process improvements.

Manage revenue and cost accounting, including revenue recognition, journal entries, reconciliations, variance analysis, reporting, internal controls, SOX compliance, audits, and month-end close. Partner with Sales, Operations, FP&A, IT, and other teams to ensure accurate financial reporting. Support process improvements, automation, system enhancements, and ad hoc analyses while applying ASC 606 and other accounting standards.

Leads Axon's enterprise Salesforce platform and Quote-to-Cash transformation. Owns the multi-year roadmap across Sales Cloud, CPQ, Billing, and connected systems; establishes architecture, governance, security, and DevOps standards; and develops AI capabilities using Agentforce, Einstein, and LLMs. Manages architects, developers, administrators, and analysts, while partnering with executive stakeholders across sales, finance, and operations. Oversees budgets, vendors, Salesforce relationships, delivery metrics, release governance, and platform outcomes.

Leads Axon's Salesforce platform strategy, architecture, Quote-to-Cash transformation, AI enablement, governance, and DevOps maturity. Builds and manages teams of architects, developers, administrators, and analysts while partnering with executive stakeholders across sales, finance, and operations. Owns platform budgets, vendor and Salesforce relationships, system integrations, security, licensing, delivery metrics, and operating rigor. Drives scalable Salesforce capabilities across Sales Cloud, CPQ, Billing, Experience Cloud, and Service Cloud in a high-growth B2B environment.

Own FPGA implementation of software-defined radio digital signal processing, from MATLAB/Simulink modeling through synthesizable RTL, timing closure, verification, hardware bring-up, and silicon deployment. Develop OFDM, MIMO, synchronization, channel coding, and RF integration capabilities on Zynq UltraScale+ MPSoC platforms. Collaborate with firmware, systems, RF, and product teams; debug hardware using laboratory instruments; optimize performance, area, and power; document results; and mentor junior engineers.

Own the full sales cycle for a defined territory, including prospecting, discovery, product demonstrations, negotiation, and closing. Manage inbound and outbound leads, maintain Salesforce pipeline accuracy and forecasts, grow existing accounts, and sell Axon’s hardware, software, and service ecosystem to law enforcement agencies. Participate in training and coaching while traveling to client sites, conferences, and roadshows as needed.
