Teams at Axon

Advise Axon on complex mergers and acquisitions, securities law, capital markets, corporate governance, due diligence, transaction documentation, regulatory filings, and post-merger integration. Partner with the Chief Legal Officer, Board, executives, Corporate Development, and financial reporting teams. Manage outside counsel, present legal analyses, negotiate transaction documents, and ensure M&A activities align with legal and strategic objectives.

Own the full sales cycle for a defined territory, including prospecting, discovery, product demonstrations, negotiation, and closing. Manage inbound and outbound leads, maintain Salesforce pipeline accuracy and forecasts, grow existing accounts, and sell Axon’s hardware, software, and service ecosystem to law enforcement agencies. Participate in training and coaching while traveling to client sites, conferences, and roadshows as needed.

Provide legal advice and negotiate complex commercial contracts supporting global sales, including SaaS, hardware, and services transactions. Assess contract risks, supervise Contracts Managers, maintain playbooks and templates, and establish scalable legal contracting processes. Support contract lifecycle management implementation, regulatory compliance, and international agreements. Collaborate with attorneys and business teams while mentoring colleagues and managing a high-volume workload.
