Generates outbound leads and builds enterprise sales pipeline through prospect targeting, messaging, relationship development, and collaboration with Account Executives, Marketing, and Sales Operations. Supports sales activities, refines prospecting processes, communicates SaaS value propositions, and helps establish repeatable sales motions for new commercial markets. The role is quota-carrying, hybrid in Boston, and includes travel to F500 companies nationwide.

Own and administer Axon’s Google Workspace and enterprise SaaS ecosystem. Lead platform initiatives, integrations, migrations, governance, security controls, and escalated support. Build automation using APIs, Okta Workflows, ServiceNow, Slack, scripting, and low-code tools. Manage collaboration, identity, endpoint, and IT engineering systems while improving reliability, documentation, and operational efficiency. Partner with IT, Security, Legal, People Operations, and business stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable employee technology platforms.

Own FPGA implementation of software-defined radio digital signal processing, from MATLAB/Simulink modeling through synthesizable RTL, timing closure, verification, hardware bring-up, and silicon deployment. Develop OFDM, MIMO, synchronization, channel coding, and RF integration capabilities on Zynq UltraScale+ MPSoC platforms. Collaborate with firmware, systems, RF, and product teams; debug hardware using laboratory instruments; optimize performance, area, and power; document results; and mentor junior engineers.
