About the role

We’re hiring a Customer Success Manager / Enterprise Customer Success Manager to manage our growing Fortune 500 and high-growth startup customer base, driving growth and retention across those relationships.

You’ll own the customer lifecycle end-to-end, from implementation and value realization through renewals and expansion, with lots of autonomy to identify opportunities, solve problems, and drive outcomes across your book of business.

You’ll be a trusted partner to customers, helping them uncover new ways to use Radar and drive more value from the platform.

You’ll report to our VP of Customer Success and be based in our Flatiron (NYC) headquarters. We work from the office Monday through Thursday, with flexibility to work remotely on Fridays.

What you'll do

  • Own onboarding and implementation for new customers, helping them get to value quickly.

  • Drive adoption, retention, and expansion by building strong customer relationships by building strong relationships and delivering maximum value with our product offering

  • Creatively identify new growth opportunities, manage the execution, and help customers turn them into results.

  • Stay ahead of risk across your book of business, proactively spotting issues, proposing solutions, and keeping customers moving forward.

  • Be the voice of the customer internally, bringing clear feedback and insights into CS, Product, and Engineering to help shape what we build next.

Who you are

  • 1+ years of SaaS customer success experience, ideally in a high-growth environment

  • Strong at identifying customer objectives and coordinating internal and external resources to achieve target outcomes.

  • A clear, confident communicator who can build trusted relationships with both technical teams and executive stakeholders

  • Able to make complex technical concepts simple, relevant, and valuable to the customer

  • Highly organized and reliable across multiple accounts, projects, deadlines, and priorities

  • Goal-oriented and proactive, with a strong bias toward action and results

  • Curious, collaborative, resilient, and excited to operate in a fast-moving CS team

  • Experience owning commercial discussions (i.e., renewals and expansions)
