Manage post-implementation relationships with 4–6 large global life sciences customers using Veeva Commercial Content and Medical Vault applications. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers’ success with Veeva’s Commercial Content and Medical Vault applications. You will serve as a liaison between Veeva and key customer stakeholders to foster collaboration, highlight value using our applications through proactive engagement and triage escalations.
You will partner with global customers to understand their business goals, ways of working and challenges and then determine how they can further leverage their existing investments to meet those needs.
What You'll Do
- Support 4-6 large, global customers post-implementation with Veeva PromoMats and Veeva Medical applications
- Lead with curiosity, act as a trusted advisor and own the relationship with customers’ business decision makers and application owners
- Liaise with Veeva Strategy, Sales, Product and/or Services’ stakeholders to address customer needs
- Through proactive engagement, provide strategic guidance to optimize use of Veeva applications and help create a customer roadmap based on their business goals and needs
- Facilitate customer-to-customer or customer-to-Veeva connections for collaboration opportunities and industry learning
Requirements
- 7+ years’ experience in promotional content or Medical within life sciences industry
- Experience working with or in large global pharmaceutical companies
- Customer-facing consulting experience
- Experience managing relationships with key decision makers and application owners
- Ability to travel up to 25%
Nice to Have
- Must be based in North America – preferably east coast
- 7+ years of working in software, or consulting
- SaaS/cloud experience
- Experience working with Veeva Vault

Compensation
- Base pay: $100,000 - $160,000
- The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
