Build and own EnFi's Customer Success and Growth motion: lead onboarding and activation for commercial lenders, drive adoption and measurable value, advocate customer needs into product, manage renewals and expansion, and create scalable playbooks and metrics while hiring and mentoring the future CS team.
Build the CS motion for an AI-native commercial lending platform - from zero to world-class
The Opportunity
EnFi is redefining how commercial lenders operate - replacing manual, fragmented workflows with AI-native orchestration and job completion across deal intake, underwriting, and portfolio monitoring. Banks, private credit funds, and credit unions don't just buy EnFi - they change how they work because of it.
We grew significantly in 2025. 2026 will be faster.
We're hiring our first Customer Success & Growth leader - a foundational role that will define how customers experience EnFi, how we deliver value, how we retain and expand accounts, and how customer feedback shapes our product roadmap.
This is not a "ticket-closing" CS role. This is a build-the-plane-while-flying-it role - with real ownership, real influence, and real upside.
Why This Role Matters
You will be the voice of the customer inside EnFi - and the architect of our Customer Success and Growth motion.
You'll work directly with:
Bank, credit union, and private credit executives (CCO, CLO, Head of Commercial)
Credit teams using EnFi daily
Product and engineering shaping what we build next
Sales to ensure smooth handoffs and expansion opportunities
You'll define:
How customers onboard and go live
How we measure and deliver time-to-value
How we retain and grow accounts
How CS evolves from "founding motion" to scalable team
If EnFi wins long-term, this role will have been a big reason why.
What You’ll Do
- Own Customer Onboarding & Activation: Lead onboarding projects for banks, credit unions, and private credit funds, drive aggressive but realistic go-live timelines, coordinate stakeholders across credit, ops, IT, and leadership, and make customers productive fast - in weeks/months, not years
- Deliver Real, Provable Customer Value: Ensure customers actually work better using EnFi, track adoption, outcomes, and value realization, identify friction early and fix it, and turn "this is interesting" into "we can't live without this"
- Be the Customer Advocate: Build deep, trusted relationships with customer teams, surface feedback, patterns, and opportunities to product, translate real-world credit workflows into product insights, and represent customer reality inside roadmap discussions
- Drive Retention and Expansion: Own renewals and expansion opportunities, identify new use cases, teams, and workflows within accounts, partner with Sales on account growth strategy, and help customers grow with EnFi
- Build the CS/Growth Function: Define playbooks, processes, and metrics, help shape what CS looks like as we scale, and eventually help hire and mentor future CS team members
Who We’re Looking For
- 5-10+ years in banking, fintech, or financial services software (customer-side or vendor-side - both work)
- Strong understanding of commercial lending workflows (credit, underwriting, portfolio management, risk, ops)
- Experience owning customer relationships end-to-end
- Comfort managing projects, stakeholders, and ambiguity
- A bias toward action and accountability
You are:
- Comfortable being the first - not the fifth - hire
- Energized by ownership and autonomy
- Equally comfortable with executives and frontline users
- Naturally curious, empathetic, and structured
- Able to zoom out to strategy and zoom in to execution
- Someone who takes pride in customers winning
Bonus Points For
- First CS Member Impact: Your fingerprints will be everywhere
- Direct Access to Leadership: Real influence on strategy
- A Product Customers Genuinely Care About: Work on something that matters to leading financial institutions
- Competitive Compensation + Equity: Strong package with high-growth potential
- Career-Defining Function: Build a career-defining function at a category-defining company
Why EnFi
We're not chasing hype - we're solving real problems for real lenders.
We believe:
AI should remove work, not add dashboards
Time-to-value matters more than feature checklists
Customers are partners, not tickets
Great products are built with customers, not around them
If you want a role where your work actually changes how financial institutions operate - this is it.
If this role excites you - even if you don't check every box - we'd love to talk. Reach out directly or apply with a short note on why this role and why now.
We believe in the power of diversity and inclusion and encourage candidates from all backgrounds to apply.
