Position Overview
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing outstanding service to customers, handling inquiries, and resolving issues related to billing, services, and general inquiries about Oates Energy’s offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Provide assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a timely and professional response.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns regarding billing, services, and technical issues.
- Account Management: Assist customers in navigating their accounts, managing service requests, and answering product-related questions.
- Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions and service requests in the CRM system.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (billing, technical support, etc.) to resolve customer issues.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in a customer service or support role.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mentality.
