Lansweeper is hiring a Customer Marketing Manager (backfill) to strengthen and scale our Customer Marketing and Lifecycle Marketing engine. This role sits at the intersection of Customer Success, Sales, Product Marketing, and Demand Generation, with a clear mission: drive product adoption, retention, expansion revenue, and Net Revenue Retention (NRR).

Challenge:
The main challenges you'll face are:
- Scaling and optimizing a structured customer lifecycle marketing engine across a global customer base
- Driving measurable expansion revenue and upsell impact in close partnership with Sales and Customer Success
- Aligning customer data, health signals, and intent data to build highly targeted, performance-driven expansion programs
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and scale the Customer Marketing function, driving lifecycle marketing programs that increase adoption, retention, and expansion revenue
- Partner with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to develop marketing plays that accelerate time-to-value and strengthen customer engagement
- Build and execute upsell and cross-sell campaigns, leveraging Salesforce, Pardot, Gainsight, and N.Rich intent data to prioritize high-intent accounts
- Develop segmentation strategies by customer tier, lifecycle stage, product usage, and vertical to deliver personalized lifecycle communications
- Define and track customer marketing KPIs, including NRR contribution and expansion pipeline sourced; continuously optimize campaigns based on performance insights
Hard Skills:
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, including 2+ years in Customer Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, or Customer Success Marketing (SaaS preferred)
- Proven track record building and executing expansion marketing, upsell, and cross-sell programs that drive revenue impact
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Pardot (Marketing Automation), Gainsight, and customer data platforms
- Strong analytical skills with experience building dashboards and tracking NRR, expansion pipeline, customer health, and engagement metrics
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales, RevOps, and Product Marketing
Soft Skills:
- Customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and programs simultaneously
