This is not a traditional Account Manager role.
This is a hunter role focused on both Enterprise Expansion and New Business across North America.

- Successfully complete all Sales Enablement training and pass the product and sales acumen assessment.
- Build a healthy pipeline, advance opportunities through the sales cycle, understand your assigned book of business, and consistently close new revenue.

- Prospecting and creating pipeline within complex enterprise environments
- Navigating IT, Security, and Operations stakeholders with competing priorities
- Balancing new business acquisition with expansion revenue growth
- Operating in an evolving enterprise motion where playbooks are still being refined

Key Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of Enterprise accounts across North America
- Drive new business development and enterprise expansion opportunities
- Penetrate accounts deeply - map org structures, identify decision-makers, and multithread across IT & Security teams
- Create pipeline through proactive prospecting, whitespace analysis, and executive outreach
- Build and sell compelling business cases tied to operational efficiency, cyber risk reduction, and ROI
- Execute full enterprise sales cycles - discovery, qualification, negotiation, and close
- Lead cross-sell and upsell motions across Cybersecurity, ITAM, and ITSM use cases
- Partner with Sales Engineers and Customer teams to win complex, multi-stakeholder deals
- Maintain strong forecasting discipline and CRM hygiene
Key Requirements
Hard skills:
- 3-5+ years of Enterprise SaaS sales experience
- Proven success in Enterprise New Business and Expansion Sales
- Experience selling into IT, Cybersecurity, ITAM, or ITSM buyers
- Track record of closing $50K+ ACV enterprise deals
- Experience engaging Director, VP, and C-level stakeholders
- Strong account planning, whitespace identification, and multithreading skills
- High standards for forecasting accuracy and CRM discipline
Soft skills:
- Self-starter with strong hunter mentality
- Detail-oriented operator who owns every deal and next step
