We’re seeking a Customer Marketing Manager to lead programs that drive customer engagement, advocacy, and retention. In this role, you’ll collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Sales to design campaigns that highlight customer success, strengthen relationships, and foster long-term loyalty. The ideal candidate is customer-obsessed, creative, and experienced in building impactful customer marketing programs within B2B SaaS.



What you'll do

  • Develop and execute customer marketing programs that increase adoption, retention, and expansion.
  • Build and manage customer advocacy initiatives, including case studies, testimonials, reference programs, and user groups.
  • Partner with Customer Success and Sales to create communication strategies that support onboarding, product adoption, and renewals.
  • Lead customer events, webinars, and community engagement programs.
  • Create content that highlights customer success stories and demonstrates the value of AbsenceSoft’s platform.
  • Measure the effectiveness of customer marketing programs and report on KPIs such as adoption, retention, and advocacy.
  • Support product launches and feature adoption campaigns targeted at existing customers.
  • Stay current on customer marketing trends and best practices to continually evolve strategies.

What you'll bring

  • 4–6 years of experience in customer marketing, advocacy marketing, or related roles.
  • Strong storytelling and content creation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage campaigns, events, and advocacy programs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, and Sales.
  • Preferred: Experience in SaaS, HR tech, or B2B marketing.
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

  • Compensation Transparency. Compensation range for this position is $90k - $113k annually, depending on experience and location.
