Job Summary:

We are seeking a Customer Growth & Lifecycle Marketing Manager to design and execute programs that drive expansion, adoption, and retention across the customer journey. This senior individual contributor role combines growth marketing (accelerating cross-sell and up-sell opportunities) with lifecycle marketing (building targeted communications that drive adoption, retention, and renewal).

This role is customer-centric, data-driven, and highly collaborative. You’ll partner with Account Management, CSG, Revenue, and Field Marketing teams to maximize account penetration and deliver impactful lifecycle experiences.

What You’ll Do

  • Expansion Campaigns: Lead quarterly expansion sizing and design targeted campaigns to accelerate cross-sell and up-sell growth.

  • Customer Journey Mapping: Define and optimize the customer journey across onboarding, adoption, retention, renewal, and expansion, ensuring communications align to each stage.

  • Customer Lifecycle Programs: Build and execute lifecycle campaigns across multiple channels (email, in-app, webinars, and other digital touchpoints).

  • Experimentation & Optimization: Run A/B tests, analyze results, and refine campaigns for maximum engagement, retention, and growth.

  • Targeted Campaigns: Partner with Account Management and CSG teams to deliver highly personalized campaigns that drive customer adoption and account penetration.

  • Program Strategy & Execution: Own the end-to-end planning, execution, and measurement of growth and lifecycle campaigns.

  • AI-Enabled Workflows: Apply AI tools to enhance segmentation, personalization, and campaign execution at scale.

  • Data & Insights: Own reporting and analytics for lifecycle and expansion campaigns, tracking KPIs such as retention rates, renewal rates, expansion revenue, and customer engagement.

  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with Revenue, Field, AM, and CSG teams to align marketing with customer growth priorities.

What you'll bring:

  • 6–8 years of experience in growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, or customer marketing roles in B2B SaaS.

  • Proven ability to design and execute customer lifecycle programs across onboarding, adoption, retention, renewal, and expansion.

  • Strong track record of delivering cross-sell and up-sell growth campaigns with measurable impact.

  • Experience with customer journey mapping, segmentation, and personalized campaigns.

  • Data-driven mindset with expertise in reporting, analytics, and campaign optimization (including A/B testing).

  • Strong AI mindset — eager to leverage AI for personalization, targeting, and campaign automation.

  • Highly customer-centric, with a deep understanding of customer journeys and how to influence them through marketing.

  • Exceptional collaboration skills and experience working with Account Management, Customer Success, and Revenue teams.

  • Experience in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity industries preferred.

Why join us:

  • Play a key role in building our customer lifecycle engine and directly driving revenue growth.

  • Partner with Account Management and CSG leaders to shape customer experiences that matter.

  • Lead expansion and lifecycle initiatives at scale with ownership and visibility.

  • Competitive compensation and benefits, with the opportunity to make a tangible impact on retention and growth.
