The Customer Marketing Manager supports the execution of customer-focused marketing campaigns designed to drive retention, renewals, and product adoption. This role is responsible for managing email communications, customer engagement campaigns, and day-to-day marketing activities that enhance the overall customer experience throughout their lifecycle.
What you’ll be doing:
Plan and execute customer email campaigns including onboarding, adoption, renewal reminders, and feature announcements
Coordinate newsletter content, product updates, and customer engagement communications
Manage campaign lists, segmentation, and scheduling within Marketo
Plan and launch targeted advertising programs to supplement email campaigns & events
Build and develop a content strategy that feeds campaigns and appeals to different customer types and lifecycle stage
Assist with light content creation such as email copywriting, social posts, or promotional content for webinars and customer events
Own the customer marketing calendar, ensuring timely execution of key retention touchpoints
Test, optimize, and report on customer marketing campaign performance
What we’re looking for:
5+ years of experience in email marketing, customer marketing, or digital marketing roles
Familiar with ABM principles and tools (6sense) and hands-on experience with marketing automation & CRM tools (Salesforce & Marketo)
Excellent writing and editing skills
Detail-oriented with strong project management abilities
Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
