The Customer Marketing Manager supports the execution of customer-focused marketing campaigns designed to drive retention, renewals, and product adoption. This role is responsible for managing email communications, customer engagement campaigns, and day-to-day marketing activities that enhance the overall customer experience throughout their lifecycle.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Plan and execute customer email campaigns including onboarding, adoption, renewal reminders, and feature announcements​

  • Coordinate newsletter content, product updates, and customer engagement communications​

  • Manage campaign lists, segmentation, and scheduling within Marketo​

  • Plan and launch targeted advertising programs to supplement email campaigns & events​

  • Build and develop a content strategy that feeds campaigns and appeals to different customer types and lifecycle stage​

  • Assist with light content creation such as email copywriting, social posts, or promotional content for webinars and customer events​

  • Own the customer marketing calendar, ensuring timely execution of key retention touchpoints​

  • Test, optimize, and report on customer marketing campaign performance​

What we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years of experience in email marketing, customer marketing, or digital marketing roles

  • Familiar with ABM principles and tools (6sense) and hands-on experience with marketing automation & CRM tools (Salesforce & Marketo)​

  • Excellent writing and editing skills

  • Detail-oriented with strong project management abilities

  • Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
