- Guide CJA data enablement through AEP, including XDM schema design, datasets, identity strategy, ingestion patterns, and connection configuration.
- Provide architecture recommendations, identify implementation gaps or risks, and define practical paths forward.
- Independently evaluate the current implementation, recommend solutions, and execute the work needed to move it forward.
- Translate business questions and stakeholder requirements into scalable analytics use cases, measurement frameworks, and reporting solutions.
- Assess and map data sources to support CJA use cases, including Adobe Analytics, Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), CRM platforms, and other enterprise systems.
- Establish reporting and analytics best practices that improve consistency, usability, governance, and adoption across the client team.
- Develop reporting architecture and measurement frameworks that enable reliable, actionable insights across customer journeys.
- Partner effectively with business and technical stakeholders while remaining accountable for hands-on configuration, troubleshooting, and delivery.
- Serve as a trusted source of CJA expertise for the client team.
- Balance stakeholder partnership with direct ownership of technical delivery.

- Strong Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) knowledge, including data architecture, XDM schemas, datasets, Identity Service, Real-Time Customer Profile, data ingestion, and CJA data enablement.
- Demonstrated experience designing CJA implementations and analytics solutions, defining business use cases, mapping data sources, and developing measurement frameworks.
- Experience connecting AEP data to CJA through batch and streaming ingestion and working with data from Adobe Analytics, AJO, CRM, and other enterprise sources.
- Strong consulting and communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into clear technical and analytics solutions.
- Ability to work autonomously, make sound architecture decisions, and lead initiatives with limited day-to-day oversight.
- Proven ability to combine technical leadership with hands-on platform execution in a complex enterprise environment.
