Job Description:

This role involves driving the execution of sales strategies within the team and organization. You will be expected to contribute to the development of new ideas, techniques, procedures, services, or products. Your focus will be on one or more brands, channels, lines, categories or teams with broadly defined objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the execution of sales strategies within the team and organization.
  • Identify and lead developments of new ideas, techniques, procedures, services or products.
  • Develop internal and external strategic relationships.
  • Collaborate and network effectively across internal boundaries to maximize job impact and personal learning.
  • Accomplish results through managing & leading team.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant external (legal, tax) and internal stewardship requirements

Job Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales strategies and achieve growth objectives.
  • Experience in identifying new opportunities and developing relationships with key customers.
  • Ability to lead innovation projects with medium level of complexity.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and networking.
  • Prior experience in managing & leading a team is preferred.
  • Awareness of relevant external (legal, tax) and internal stewardship requirements.
