    • Follow established authoring templates and guidelines, including org-wide Editorial guidelines, and meet documented quality expectations.

    • Seek clarity and understanding of established quality expectations and offer suggestions for improvement as applicable (e.g., state/district requirements, coherence, subject matter accuracy, alignment to product vision, ease of use, clarity of purpose, simplicity of language, age appropriateness).

  • Drive Strategic Technology Integration

    • Intentionally apply established guidelines to determine when technology is the most appropriate choice for content instruction.

    • Leverage technology tools, including AI, to support and streamline content development workflows.

  • Commit to Growth and Mentorship

  • Actively seek feedback and new knowledge from peers and stakeholders to improve content authoring.

  • Apply lessons learned to continuously refine and improve curriculum quality.

  • Approach challenges with curiosity and a willingness to grow and adapt.

  • Prior classroom teaching, curriculum development, and/or instructional design experience, with at least 1–2 years specifically focused on lesson planning/design and the creation of content/educational materials.

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Curriculum and Instruction, or related subject field (Math, Science, Literacy, etc.) required. Advanced degree preferred.
