We are seeking a highly experienced CT Operations Manager to drive efficiency and excellence in our customer-facing clinical operations. Leveraging your deep expertise in Computed Tomography (CT) and proven leadership experience, you will analyze, design, and implement standardized best practices for customer onboarding, training, and ongoing utilization of our technology in healthcare settings.

This role is a critical internal consultant focused on driving process standardization and collaboration across our organization. This role is the primary driver of collaboration and efficiency, across Production, Customer Success, and Operations. It demands exceptional skills in leading teams and influencing people across departments to adopt and maintain best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Process Analysis and Design (CT Operations Delivery Focus)

  • Conduct in-depth analysis and mapping of the entire imaging program journey to identify and eliminate pain points and inconsistencies.
  • Design, document, and implement future-state business processes, workflows, and governance models for imaging services delivery and support.
  • Develop and standardize processes for delivering and tracking clinical training to customer sites and introduce and tailor industry best practices (e.g., Lean principles).
  • Analyze the processes by which new sites are onboarded and supported to drive optimal CT acceptance rates and smooth imaging workflows.

Governance, Tooling & Change Management

  • Define requirements and assist in configuring tools to enforce process standards and manage imaging programs.
  • Define and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and continuously audit imaging processes and feedback, using performance data to propose and implement iterative improvements to imaging service delivery.
  • Ensure all clinical processes and documentation related to customer training and utilization adhere to regulatory standards for medical devices (e.g., FDA, MDR) and internal Quality System requirements.
  • Create clear process maps, policies, and training materials for clinical teams

Leadership and Expertise

  • Define the criteria for and manage the program responsible for recognizing customers for high CT quality.
  • Manage our relationships with CT equipment vendors and proactively ensure our imaging processes are compatible with the latest vendor platforms and emerging protocols.
  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for CT team members. Foster collaborative efforts between Production, Customer Success, and CT Applications to ensure unified service delivery and support processes, especially regarding CT Quality and services.
  • Provide expert guidance and mentorship to Clinical Field Specialists and CT Application Specialists

Qualifications

  • Imaging Operations Leadership: 7+ years experience in Clinical Technology (CT) imaging within a hospital or health system or as a Clinical Field Specialist or CT Applications Expertise within the Medical Device or Healthcare IT industry.
  • Leadership & Influence: Proven success in leading and mentoring staff and influencing clinical stakeholders to drive adoption of process changes.
  • CT and Clinical Expertise: Deep experience and understanding of Computed Tomography (CT) systems, image acquisition protocols (especially cardiac CT), and the clinical workflows within radiology and cardiology departments.
  • Process Improvement: Proven experience in process analysis, design, and implementation using recognized methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) to improve operational efficiency in a clinical or technical environment.
  • Education & Certification: Bachelor’s degree in a clinical field (e.g., Radiologic Technology, Nursing). Must have clinical certification (R.T. (R)(CT) ARRT, or equivalent) and recognized expertise in cardiac CT.

Travel

5 - 20% travel required for occasional business meetings and to observe field operations to identify improvement areas

This position has an estimated base salary of $115,000-$160,000, and bonus.
