As the Director of Implementation Services, you will lead teams to ensure high-quality implementations, foster collaboration, and enhance customer experiences, while driving growth and process improvements.

This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll guide managers and team leads, shape the implementation experience, and ensure every customer starts strong with Daxko.
As Director of Implementation Services, you’ll lead a team of leaders and their implementation teams, creating an environment where people do their best work and customers see real value, fast.
- Serve as the primary leader for implementation services within your market
- Guide teams to deliver high-quality, efficient implementations across our product suite
- Coach and develop managers and team leads through regular one-on-ones, team meetings, and performance conversations
- Foster a culture that balances accountability, collaboration, and fun
- Build strong partnerships across Daxko teams, including Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support
- Ensure every customer has a positive, seamless implementation experience
- Step in on escalated issues and lead with sound judgment to resolve challenges
- Partner with Sales to plan for growth, including forecasting and headcount needs
- Improve how we work by identifying and driving process and system enhancements
- Contribute to market strategy through participation in Market Council
- Identify opportunities to expand value through billable services

- Experience leading and developing leaders (not just individual contributors)
- A track record of driving results across cross-functional teams
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust across all levels
- Confidence navigating complex situations and resolving conflict thoughtfully
- A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to balance multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing projects that involve collaboration across Sales, Support, Product, and Engineering
What you’ll need
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of relevant experience, including leadership in implementation, professional services, or similar functions
- Experience in a SaaS environment, ideally with exposure to process improvement and scaling teams

Where you fall within the compensation range is based on how you demonstrate the skills and competencies needed for the role. We typically reserve the upper half of our compensation bands for team members who have grown within Daxko. In addition to base salary, some roles may be eligible for bonuses, commissions, or other performance-based incentives. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, recognition programs, and plenty of opportunities to grow your career with us.
The pay range for this role is $104,921 – $156,900 per year.
