Creator Success Manager- Remote USA/ West Europe

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Creator Success Manager to join our growing company. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the growth and engagement of our creator community on platforms such as YouTube and TikTok by providing them with the resources, tools, and support they need to succeed. This is a unique opportunity to work with some of the most talented creators in the world.

While working in Pazu’s as a Creator Success Manager you will:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with content creators and influence from all over the world on platforms such as YouTube and TikTok to understand their needs and provide them with the resources and support they need to grow and succeed
• Develop and implement programs to help creators grow their audiences, increase their revenue and build their brands on these platforms
• Work with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, and operations to ensure that creators have access to the latest tools and resources to help them succeed on these platforms
• Track and analyze creator performance data on platforms such as YouTube and TikTok to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends

• Proven experience as a creator success manager, or similar role in the gaming or entertainment industry on platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, Instagram
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with creators and cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to track and analyze creator performance data, identify trends and opportunities
• Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
• Sales and negotiation skills 
• Experience in the Gaming Industry and a passion for games– Advantage
• High-level English- Must
• Spanish or other languages- nice to have 
• A team player
