Our Mission

Help 100,000 women regain their personal power and feel confident in their skin.

About the role

We're looking for a Paid Creative Strategist to lead the strategy behind the ads that fuel WarriorBabe's growth.

This isn't a traditional creative role. We're not looking for someone who simply manages editors or hands off scripts.

We're looking for someone who understands why people stop scrolling, what makes them care, and what ultimately moves them to take action.

You'll own the strategy behind our paid creative across Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and emerging platforms—developing concepts, testing new angles, refining offers, and working directly alongside media buyers, copywriters, and our brand team to continually improve performance.

You'll become an expert on our customer, our offers, our assessments, and every entry point into the WarriorBabe ecosystem. Success in this role comes from moving quickly, testing relentlessly, learning from data, and constantly finding the next winning creative.

What You'll Do
  • Own the pipeline of new ad concepts, VSLs, and iterations to ensure a steady flow of winning creatives.
  • Develop new hooks, concepts, angles, and messaging that increase click-through rate, conversion rate, and ROAS.
  • Understand every WarriorBabe offer and build creative specifically designed to move prospects into the right customer journey.
  • Create creative briefs that clearly communicate the strategy, not just the deliverables.
  • Partner closely with Media Buying, CRO, Copywriting, and Brand to continuously improve performance.
  • Work directly with editors to shape the final creative, not simply hand off scripts.
  • Identify winning creative patterns and rapidly iterate on them.
  • Lead creative testing with speed, curiosity, and data.
  • Build systems that allow high-volume creative production without sacrificing quality.
  • Continuously source, organize, and leverage testimonial content, UGC, and customer stories.
What Makes Someone Great At This Role

You naturally ask questions like:

  • Why did this ad outperform the last one?
  • Why did people stop watching?
  • Why didn't this hook work?
  • What emotion is missing?
  • How can we create more curiosity?
  • What would make someone take the assessment right now?

You don't just make ads.

You study behavior.

You understand offers.

You know that changing one hook, one CTA, one opening line, or one edit can completely change performance.

You're excited by testing, not attached to being right.

You'll Thrive Here If You
  • Think like both a marketer and a storyteller.
  • Love testing ideas faster than anyone else.
  • Enjoy collaborating several times a week with media buyers, copywriters, editors, and brand leaders.
  • Can quickly understand new products and translate them into compelling creative.
  • Know that great creative starts long before someone opens Premiere Pro.
  • Move with urgency.
  • Care more about winning than protecting your ideas.
Success Looks Like
  • A consistent pipeline of fresh creative concepts.
  • Faster creative iteration cycles and strong collaboration across paid media, copy and brand.
  • Higher creative win rates.
  • Strong collaboration across paid media, copy, and brand.
  • Creative that generates curiosity and gets prospects to take action.
  • Continuous improvement driven by testing and data, not opinions.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years developing high-performing paid social creative for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, or similar platforms.
  • Proven experience creating direct-response ads that drive measurable business results.
  • Deep understanding of consumer psychology, offer positioning, and conversion principles.
  • Experience working closely with editors and creative teams.
  • Strong understanding of creative testing frameworks.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
  • Excellent communicator who can clearly articulate strategy and creative direction.
Compensation
  • $65,000 - $95,000 depending on experience.

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
