Inkitt is building the Disney of the 21st Century, standing at the forefront of technology and entertainment. Leveraging AI and predictive algorithms, Inkitt discovers unknown stories and turns them into blockbuster hits, producing a new $1M ebook every 7 days and selling directly to consumers through its Inkitt Galatea app. Bestsellers are then translated onto the screen through Inkitt CandyJar, the #1 US-based microdrama platform with billions of episodes streamed to date. Inkitt has become the 11th most bestseller-generating publisher in the world, boasting a 40x higher hit-rate than traditional publishers. Backed by some of the top VC’s such as: Khosla, Kleiner Perkins, and NEA Ventures, our recent expansion into Ironblood, the first AI Native streaming platform for action and adventure, is only the beginning of our journey to becoming the next-gen entertainment powerhouse.

What You’ll Do:

  • Watch series to extract key tropes and scenes; synthesize into punchy hooks and creative briefs engineered to drive installs across paid social media channels including Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Write net new “deleted scenes” and/or optimized versions of scenes for short attention spans and maximum drama.
  • Work with AI-powered motion graphic designers to turn your scripts into ads, owning the creative vision.
  • Develop paid and organic strategies to make series go viral.
  • Stay deeply plugged into trends on social media and in discussion forums to identify trending content and formats before they peak.
  • Own the paid creative production lifecycle for User Acquisition campaigns, working with designers and providing feedback as they execute on your briefs.
  • Work with the UA team to translate performance data into creative insights that inform iterations and new concepts.
  • A/B testing: learn to think like a scientist, running creative experiments to inform and constantly optimize your creative strategy.
  • Partner with screenwriters to produce ads for prospective Ironblood adaptations.
  • Research and develop audience personas to inform your creative strategy.

What You'll Bring:

  • 2+ years of experience in creative strategy or content marketing, ideally in a role that involves use of social analytics or data and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Copywriting and/or screenwriting skills built for social media and short attention spans. You know how to grab attention and build an emotional arc that leaves the viewer desperate to find out what happens next.
  • A genuine love of all fiction: ideally action, sci-fi, fantasy, thriller, superheroes, and more!
  • Interest in the online gaming space and narrative-driven digital formats.
  • Active engagement on social media, particularly YouTube, TikTok, Meta–and in forums like Reddit and Discord. You know what's trending, what tropes are having a moment, and what's coming next.
  • Experience creating content for social media.
  • Strong analytical instincts and/or a hunger to learn: comfortable in Google Sheets/Excel and able to connect creative decisions to data.
  • Proficiency with creative tools: CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva, and/or AI video tools.
  • A bias toward action. You move fast, learn fast, and stay curious!

Who We Are Looking For:

  • Autonomous
  • Bring solutions instead of problems
  • Data driven
  • Quick to action
  • A high functioning workaholic
  • Looking for exponential career growth
  • Have lots of fun building a generational AI x Entertainment company

  • Health benefits tailored to your needs, including medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • Professional coaching for everyone
  • Team-building events, including our annual Tulum trip

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
