ARB Interactive is looking for a Creative Marketing Producer to lead our growing creative team and shape how our brand is experienced across all channels. This role combines hands-on creative direction with strong team leadership and cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-impact campaigns for one of the fastest-growing gaming brands in North America.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and Inspire – Direct a team of designers and video editors from concept through delivery.

  • Creative Direction – Establish and maintain a cohesive visual and messaging strategy across marketing, social, and paid campaigns.

  • Campaign Development – Devise fresh creative concepts, core messaging, and brand storytelling that align with business goals.

  • Workflow & Process – Manage creative workflow from brief to delivery, ensuring projects are on time and on brand.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work with marketing, product, and external partners to translate business needs into creative solutions.

  • Brand Stewardship – Evolve and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all materials and touchpoints.

  • Mentorship – Provide regular feedback, coaching, and professional development for the creative team.

What You’ll Bring

  • 3+ years of creative leadership experience in an in-house marketing or agency environment. Background in gaming/entertainment marketing is preferred.

  • Strong understanding of creative principles, design best practices, and brand storytelling with the ability to speak the language of designers and video editors.

  • Proven track record of managing and inspiring creative teams, providing constructive feedback, and guiding projects from concept to completion.

  • A natural leader with the skills and confidence to motivate, mentor, and develop creative talent.

  • Keen creative eye with the ability to evaluate work for brand alignment, quality, and impact.

  • Strong proficiency with project management tools, like Monday.com, to manage creative pipelines, timelines, and priorities across multiple stakeholders.

  • Experience collaborating in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments with multiple priorities.

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills to translate creative concepts into clear direction for the designers.
