We need a Creative Director.


We need that exceptional mix of creative talent and strategic business acumen; a natural leader whose team develops compelling narratives that elevate brands, resonate with audiences, and ultimately drive significant, measurable outcomes.

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to grow the vision and direction of Gupta’s creative arm, take an active role in expanding our client roster, and partner with management in our mission of building a powerful creative team.

… A dynamic connector of networks, someone who loves the challenge of finding and pitching for new clients, taking pride in winning and growing the work;


… A natively digital creative, with a drive to create innovative campaigns that connect and engage with audiences across platforms, devices, and environments;


… A prolific director with a track record of leading creative teams through projects from concept to completion, mentoring and cultivating professional skills to consistently exceed a client’s expectations;


… An effective communicator, able to clearly articulate the rationale behind creative concepts while exciting clients with the power of the ideas;


… An inspiring mentor who fosters a culture of innovation and continuous learning, particularly in digital and social media trends.


Your background and qualifications:


  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the creative field with at least 5 years in a leadership role, particularly in digital and social media campaign creation.
  • A robust portfolio showcasing successful digital and social media campaigns.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong desire for quality.
  • Actively engaged in evolving agency culture and quality standards.

Gupta Media was founded 20 years ago on the idea that advertising could create huge leverage in our client's business. Our early work was focused on the entertainment industry, specifically live events (Boston Calling, among others) and recorded music (Sony Music, Universal Music & Disney are all clients). We have dramatically grown our work with big brands (Amazon, Fender) and sports brands (Florida Panthers, Women's Tennis Association, LA Galaxy, Washington Commanders). We have a global client base with a growing local roster across B2B and B2C brands across campaign, content, and branding assignments.
