The Role:

We are seeking a visionary and hands-on Creative Lead to join our high-growth brand. The ideal candidate is an aspiring Creative Director with a proven track record in building brands across multiple channels, resulting in higher brand awareness. This role offers opportunities to conceptualize and execute integrated campaigns aligned with our brand vision and objectives, as well as handle core tasks essential to brand building. The candidate will have regular communication with the marketing leadership team and should be excited to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks at scale. Stakeholder collaboration is integral to the success of the role, particularly with colleagues on the marketing, sales, and communications teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop engaging videos using stock footage and, as needed, collaborate with external agencies to conceptualize and produce compelling video content, including influencer marketing videos.
  • Own, maintain, and evolve our brand book, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all creative assets.
  • Manage and mentor a team of design and copy talent, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment; eagerness to act as a player/coach when needed.
  • Oversee creative projects across various channels, such as the website, paid media, email marketing, organic social, and print, ensuring high-quality deliverables that resonate with the target audience.
  • Develop and execute insights-driven creative strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion. 
  • Partner closely with the Marketing, Product, Sales, and Communications teams to align creative initiatives with business objectives and priorities.
  • Own the creative budget and continuously evaluate and optimize creative processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and new technologies.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in design or a related field; advanced degree is a plus. 
  • 10+ years of experience, with a strong emphasis on brand management, video and photo production, and design systems.
  • 2+ years in a creative leadership role, preferably at a brand agency or high growth brand.
  • Exceptional creativity and strategic thinking, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
  • Adept storyteller across a broad range of media and experiences for business and consumer audiences.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams and influence senior leadership on strategic direction.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other relevant design tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts and ideas effectively.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Have an entrepreneurial spirit and are excited by the challenges that come along with building a disruptive business.
