  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Actively participate in sprint planning and team syncs. Communicate project updates and requirements clearly, resolve workflow questions, and facilitate operational readiness so the creative team has everything they need to execute.
  • Proactive Problem Solving: Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions to streamline creative operations. Support special projects, department initiatives, and continuously propose innovative ideas to evolve workflow efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Demonstrated background in creative operations, project management, or production coordination across concurrent multi-brand initiatives.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong expertise with project management tools (Monday.com preferred, specifically utilizing dashboards and automations). Familiarity with Digital Asset Management platforms (Bynder preferred) and a commitment to mastering them.
  • Operational Acumen: Exceptional organizational abilities with a continuous- improvement mindset. Capable of navigating shifting priorities without compromising quality, structure, or detail.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: A determined, proactive approach to removing roadblocks,
clarifying accountability, and advancing cross-functional deliverables before issues arise.
  • Soft Skills: A collaborative, team-first mindset equipped with excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively bridge the gap between creative execution and marketing strategy.
Why you want to work here
  • Comprehensive Health & Wellness: Includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, along with life insurance and disability protection.
  • Generous Paid Leave: Offers competitive time off and in addition to pregnancy leave,  parental and military leave, and unique "Hunting Holidays" for outdoor activities.
  • Financial Planning: Supports future retirement goals through a company-managed 401(k) plan.
  • Outdoor-Centric Culture: Features remote-first flexibility, employee discounts, complimentary camera gear, company-sponsored outdoor trips, and community projects.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
