This is a hands-on, client-facing role with four areas of focus:

Sales enablement (50%)

  • Work closely with AEs to turn customer pains into relevant value sessions and product demos.
  • Develop and deliver industry training for the sales team on a monthly basis.

Product and sales standardization (30%)

  • Partner with Product and Sales to define persona-specific demos, workflows, and use cases.
  • Establish a consistent feedback loop from Sales to Product, building a library of end-to-end solutions that meet each buyer persona’s needs.
  • Monthly update sales collateral based on customer feedback and new product capabilities.

Thought leadership and market engagement (10%)

  • Lead executive workshops, and travel to represent Tastewise at events and private dinners.
  • Proactively search and share emerging market signals and industry insights with the team.

Strategic pilot engagement (10%)

  • Guide the ideal deliverables and roadmap for priority pilots with large strategic accounts.
  • Join key customer sessions and connect pilot results to business goals and expansion opportunities.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience as a brand or category manager at a food or beverage CPG company or large retailer.
  • Client-facing experience and confidence engaging senior stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of CPG Marketing and Innovation priorities and the ability to turn business needs into practical solutions.
  • B2B SaaS experience is a plus; experience leading an emerging brand is also an advantage.

Benefits:

  • Hybrid environment
  • Equity options
  • Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits (individual plan 100% covered)
  • The base compensation for this role is approximately $140,000-$150,000 per year, excluding bonus targets. The candidate’s final compensation will be based on their skills and experience. For candidates outside of New York City, the compensation may vary depending on the local cost of labor and other factors.
  • Base salary ranges are determined by multiple factors unique to each candidate, including skills and local market benchmarks. If your expectations are outside this range, we encourage you to apply still.
  • Visa sponsorship for this role is currently not available.
