As a Country HR Specialist, you will be a vital member of the PO ES CPM USA Country Team, working closely with the leadership team to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's vision and goals. Your expertise will be instrumental in creating an efficient and effective HR function, ensuring a positive employee experience. Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company standards.
  • Automate HR processes and workflows, utilizing advanced AI technologies to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
  • Manage and oversee vendor relationships, negotiating contracts and ensuring the delivery of high-quality HR services.
  • Provide strategic HR advice and support to line managers, offering guidance on employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
  • Conduct regular reviews of HR practices and identify areas for improvement, implementing innovative solutions to drive efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the global HR team to share best practices and ensure consistency in HR approaches across the organization.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in HR technology, proposing and implementing new tools to enhance HR operations.
  • Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and make data-driven decisions, contributing to the overall success of the business.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with employees, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Support the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for new hires.
Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required, with a preference for a master's degree.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar HR specialist role, preferably in a multinational organization.
  • Demonstrated expertise in HR policy development, process automation, and vendor management.
  • Strong knowledge of HR technologies and a proven ability to leverage advanced AI skills for HR administration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in data analysis and interpretation, using HR metrics to drive decision-making.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving HR-related issues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and HR information systems.
  • Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
