The Corporate Strategy Manager will help shape the company’s long-term growth and drive high-impact initiatives across the business. In this role, you’ll bring strong analytical thinking, business acumen, and cross-functional collaboration skills to develop actionable strategies that accelerate growth and enable Guild to execute on its mission to unlock opportunity for America's workforce

Key responsibilities
  • Partner with Guild’s leadership team to shape and refine Guild’s corporate strategy, including long-term growth planning, new business models, and strategic priorities.
  • Develop data-driven business cases and strategic recommendations using market research, internal analytics, and financial modeling.
  • Conduct market sizing, competitive analysis, and opportunity assessments to inform company-level decisions and investment priorities
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives and conduct ad-hoc analyses and special projects in support of Guild’s strategy
  • Develop business cases and investment recommendations to support new initiatives, partnerships, or M&A opportunities.
  • Support annual strategic planning processes, working closely with cross-functional partners to translate strategy into execution.
Required Proficiencies
  • Experience in corporate strategy or business operations at a high-growth SaaS company, management consulting, and / or investment banking
  • Excellent written and oral presentation skills including the demonstrated ability to present insights and complex information in a clear and understandable manner
  • Strong analytical skills and critical thinking skills with the ability to synthesize information and communicate insights effectively
  • Proactiveness in solving problems even if it’s outside of your area and the eagerness to take on additional initiatives as needed.
  • A team-oriented mindset, thriving in an environment that’s collaborative and celebrates change
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with high attention to detail and the ability to keep track of both the high-level progress and the small details

We are committed to equal pay for equal work and believe in compensation transparency. All salary ranges are standardized nationwide and will not vary by region. This role offers a competitive total compensation package, including a base salary range of $114,800-$168,400 base AND variable compensation (bonus) eligibility along with stock options. Compensation offered will be based on a combination of factors such as experience, competencies, and internal equity.
